This collection brings together landmark plates by John Lizars, Francis  Sibson, Jones Quain, Ford, Hunter, and other key contributors to anatomical illustration. Many were issued in major atlases used in universities and teaching hospitals across Europe. Subjects range from the skeletal and muscular systems to the brain, thorax, abdomen, and surgical dissections, often with hand‑colouring noted where present.
