Printed on archival paper with clear anatomical labelling and strong detail — originally a representative teaching plate from the golden age of medical illustration. 

The original illustration is from John Lizars’ famous anatomical atlas: A System of Anatomical Plates of the Human Body (Edinburgh, 1823–1827). The plates were Engraved on copper by William Home Lizars and hand‑coloured - Cited in Cushing L313; Heirs of Hippocrates 1436; Waller 5950; Wellcome III: 531.
