Scottish Heritage Clan Art Print - MacDonald of the Isles 

The Clans of the Scottish Highlands was originally published in two volumes between 1845 and 1847 by Ackermann & Co., London. These volumes featured artwork by R. R. McIan, with text by James Logan, and lithography by Dickinson.

This striking lithographic print captures the proud heritage and vivid pageantry of Scotland’s historic Clan MacDonald of the Isles.  The artwork showcases detailed tartans, traditional dress, and symbolic clan elements in rich, layered colour made possible by the hand finished lithographic printing technique.
