When will my order be dispatched?
• In-stock original lithographs are dispatched within 3 business days.
• Reproduction prints are made to order using high-quality printing methods. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take?
• UK Orders: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
• International Orders: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary based on customs processing and postal service delays.
Do you offer express shipping?
At this time, we only offer standard shipping to ensure the best possible quality control. However, if you have a time-sensitive request, contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times vary by country, and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What printing techniques do you use?
We use quality digital printing techniques with archival inks and fine art papers to ensure exceptional clarity, rich tones and long-lasting durability.
Are your prints originals or reproductions?
Both! We specialise in authentic and original antiquarian lithographs.
We also offer high-quality fine art reproductions of rare and antique illustrations. Our reproduced works are carefully restored and printed to maintain the integrity of the original artwork.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Most of our prints are available in multiple sizes. If you need a bespoke size, get in touch, and we’ll see if we can accommodate your request.
Do prints come framed?
• Original lithographs are available unframed.
• We offer a selection of premium frames for our reproduction fine art prints. If you add a frame to your order, we will frame your artwork so it arrives ready to hang.
Returns & Exchanges – How to return an item, refund policies, and damaged orders.
What is your return policy?
• We accept returns on original lithographs within 30 days of purchase. Orders must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Upon receiving your return, we will inspect your item to verify it is eligble for a refund. Refunds will appear on your original card within 3-5 working days.

• As our reproduction prints and frames are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our prints, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We process our made-to-order items quickly, so cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and we cannot guarantee changes.
