Shipping policy
Shipping & Handling
-
All items are professionally packed in-house.
-
We ship using Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and value of the piece.
-
Larger items may be shipped via independent courier companies offering a blanket service.
-
Worldwide Shipping: We’re delighted to ship internationally. Please note that any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is returned to us because it was not collected or customs charges were unpaid, shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
-
Orders are shipped within three working days of receiving cleared payment.
-
You’ll receive an email notification and tracking number once your item has been dispatched.
Insurance & Damage
All shipments are fully insured until received or signed for.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your item has been damaged in transit:
-
Notify us immediately.
-
Provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged item.
We will manage the claim process with the shipping company on your behalf.
If the item is not repairable or suitable for restoration, we will issue a refund once it has been returned to us.
(Please note: we cannot be responsible for the cost of return shipping in this instance.)
Payment & Address Policy
If paying by credit card, we can only ship to the billing address of that card.
Some card providers allow additional verified addresses to be added — please check with your card issuer if you’d like your order sent to an alternative or business address.
International Orders
Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs regulations in their destination country.
Collection & Storage
All items can be collected in person by arrangement.
We are happy to store purchased items free of charge for 14 days from the date of purchase. Longer storage can be arranged upon request and must be agreed at the time of sale.
