Returns Policy

If in the unlikely event you find an item has been miss-described for example in attribution, period, or maker we will happily refund you the full purchase price, providing we are notified of the defect in writing within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please familiarise yourself with the procedures below regarding refunds;

You can contact us in person or by post, telephone, or email at the address or number set out at the end of these terms and conditions with details of your original order number and receipt and then return your purchase to us. It is strongly recommended you take out adequate insurance and obtain proof of posting.

You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of goods minus the carriage price.

Faulty or damaged products must be returned before the refund can be sanctioned.
