Returns Policy

If an item has been misdescribed (for example, attribution, period, or maker), we will happily refund the full purchase price, provided you notify us in writing within 14 days of receipt.

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via phone, email, or post with your original order number and receipt.
2. Return the item in its original packaging to the address above. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and insuring your return.

Inspection & Refunds:

• All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
• Refunds or replacements are issued only if the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.
• You will receive a full refund of the purchase price once the inspection is complete.
• Carriage costs are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.
• Faulty or damaged items must be returned before a refund can be issued.

Change of Mind Returns:

• If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or misdescription, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
