Comprising: Title; Dedication; and Nine anatomic plates, some with colour, with layered flaps to expose deeper anatomic structures. 

Condition: Original boards (detatched), spine perished, heavily worn with some damp-staining internally and soiling. A working copy with each relevant index present.
