Antique steamer trunk / up cycled coffee table by MENDELTRUNX , Cincinnati
This early 20th Century Steamship trunk dates from the 1920's and has been lovingly restored, waxed and fitted with good quality legs transforming it into funky centre-point for any 21st century interior (home, coffee shop, hairdressers, pub etc)
To survive the trials and tribulations of overseas steamship travel it is by design of very robust construction. The green/blue exterior is highlighted throughout with original stud work and brass fittings.There are markings commensurate with age and one of the leather side handles has went MIA at some point. A lid is permanently fixed closed.
